I love my hot cup of tea especially in times of excruciating headaches and more so fondly during the monsoons sitting by the window sill, watching the heavens disperse diamonds on its beloved earth. And how can I forget those wintery nights, when I snuggle up on the couch under my soft mink blanket (I don't endorse cruelty to animals. But since it was gifted to me by a near & dear one, couldn't refuse it.)watching a feel-good Christmas-spirited film and sipping on my hot cup of tea. I feel like a cup of tea already. Working in groups is not at all being a parasite. You can or have to explore yourself.
It exposes to both good and bad things. You learn more. The other aspect to this
Is that you know various perspectives to a single problem. No one can hamper your creativity.
Contradiction: How can two people share one idea?
In group work it is process of trial and error method-where everyone’s input is required.
Individually finding an idea and sticking to it may hamper you from thinking other possibilities.
Our country is driven by various ministers like welfare minister, defense minister etc. Same way ,
even if you have strong belief and confidence you can’t manage to do everything. You need other
You need other people to support you, to help you, to give suggestions.

The one who leads the group does not treat as workers, he controls, takes initiative and makes every person in the group as one. May this is not important to you but achieving something in group gives more happiness than an individual. I get more happiness to see our cricket team win than only Sania Mirza.

Finally you have to decide do you want a better product or to prove your individuality.

Many times the civilization nearby that specific mountain has huge impact of the force behind that mountain.
